The members of the Peterson & Purvis LLP legal team collectively have experience

complex corporate finance, development law (including condominiums), real estate,

Some of our representative work includes acting for one of the Canadian Genome
Centres, several not-for-profit and public/ private entities, creating corporate
governance strategies for large, multi-party organizations, and acting for various
financial institutions, and resort and land developments (36, 18 and 9 hole golf
courses and residential developments, including condominium projects).
